1. Services (Media, Production, and Advertising1.)
- Non-Refundable Services: Once production work, media placement, or advertising has begun, payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits, booking fees, or airtime purchases.
- Cancellations: Clients may cancel a service before work has started for a full refund of any deposit. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus costs already incurred.
- Rescheduling: Media slots and production projects may be rescheduled with at least 7 business days’ notice at no additional charge.
2. Products (Otiel & Other Physical Goods)
- Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition of Return: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Reasons for Return: Accepted for defective items, wrong size, incorrect product shipped, or other quality-related issues.
